Simon & I ran this afternoon from moonee valley to Richmond. 12ks through lots of parks – it was a great way to digest a day full of Ed Dales challenging platinum group!

This is what happened when I tried to make gluten free hot cross buns (thanks to Simon ;-) ) last night…

The dough was more like batter so we created hot cross muffins & a hot cross loaf ;-) . And actually they taste yummy – HAPPY EASTER everyone.. Enjoy your break..
